At Hercobot (an OrbiSharp Robotics, Inc. brand), we build commercial-grade, autonomous deck maintenance machinery designed for lawn care professionals and residential owners. Every Hercobot machine is backed by our factory warranty and customer service team.
1. Hercobot 3-Year Limited Warranty
Hercobot warrants the Hercobot Sharp (Model HBSH-100) and Hercobot Scrape (Model HBSC-100) for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship. Upon verification of defect, Hercobot will repair or replace the unit free of charge. This warranty applies equally to commercial landscaping operations and residential consumers.
Explicit Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover:
- Failure or damage caused by operation on unpaved surfaces, grass, deep turf, gravel, or mud (units must operate on smooth, level concrete or asphalt).
- Damage resulting from water immersion, rain exposure, or standing water.
- Use of unapproved grinding/scraping discs (discs must be 2-inch R-type quick- change rated for 7,500+ RPM).
- Operation on mowers, mower blades, or mower decks in severe disrepair (e.g., severely rusted, warped, cracked, or structurally compromised decks).
- Failure caused by unauthorized modifications, alterations, or failure to follow cleaning and Time-of-Flight (ToF) optical sensor maintenance rules.
- DEWALT® battery packs and chargers, which are warranted separately by Stanley Black & Decker.
2. 60-Day Risk-Free Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your Hercobot HBSH-100 or HBSC-100 for any reason within the first 60 days from delivery, return the complete unit and accessories for a full refund.
